The library orders all of my friend's.

My toes were sitting on the midpoint of my shoes when a young, junky library employee came up and informed me that I have to keep my feet in my shoes at all times.

They don't tell people that their phones/conversations/etc. are disruptive, even after long periods of disruption.

She was courteous about it afterwards.

EDIT: They actually talked to someone about their loud cell.
